Shenzhen Mercedes Technology Co., Ltd., a professional high-tech manufacturer of LCD digital signage and self-service touch kiosks with over 23 years of R&D and production experience, officially launches its upgraded IP65 waterproof outdoor wall-mounted self-service payment kiosk series, available in three mainstream sizes: 15.6-inch, 21.5-inch and 24-inch.

Founded in 2003, Mercedes Technology owns independent intellectual property rights for most display hardware and holds national high-tech enterprise certification. The brand GEneVision under the company has long supplied customized intelligent terminal solutions to catering chains, retail stores, scenic spots, gas stations and public service clients across Europe, Southeast Asia and other global regions. This new wall-mounted kiosk is tailored to meet the surging demand for 24-hour unattended outdoor self-order and cashless payment scenarios.

The whole machine adopts an IP65 fully dustproof and rainproof metal enclosure with stable working performance under an extreme temperature range of -10°C to 50°C, perfectly adapting to all kinds of open-air environments. Equipped with high-sensitivity PCAP capacitive touch panels, the terminal delivers smooth, instant touch response even under strong outdoor sunlight.

To support diversified identity verification and payment demands, the kiosk reserves integrated installation positions for multiple functional modules: optional fingerprint scanner for real-name authentication, combined QR code & NFC scanner to support mobile QR payment and contactless card swiping. A built-in thermal receipt printer is reserved as standard for catering order ticketing, fully matching self-service food ordering workflows.

In terms of system compatibility, the outdoor payment kiosk supports Windows, Android and Linux operating systems. Global system integrators and brand merchants can install their exclusive customized software. The integrated timer & time switch enables remote scheduled screen power on/off, effectively reducing power consumption and extending equipment service life.

Different from bulky floor-standing kiosks, the wall-hung compact design saves floor space greatly and can be mounted on stone, cement and metal walls. The three optional screen sizes cover small neighborhood shops, large commercial pedestrian streets and scenic service points, delivering flexible layout solutions for different site dimensions.

This new outdoor kiosk series is now open for global wholesale, OEM and ODM customization. Shenzhen Mercedes Technology provides one-stop services including technical drawings, sample testing, hardware module matching and after-sales maintenance support for worldwide partners.
